Sponsor the Workshop
The Frozen Perl Workshop is a low cost, one-day conference that will be held on the University of Minnesota Campus. The event is scheduled for February, 2008. Gold
Obligation: $1000 (or more)
There are two rooms being used by the workshop.
The larger room hosts the track while the smaller room hosts the advanced track. When you sponsor a room it will be named after your organization. Attendees will ask one another, "Are you going to the ACME Corp Room?"
Silver
Obligation: $500
Food and drinks will be provided throughout the day. On-site meals and refreshments reduce distractions for attendees during the conference and increase networking opportunities between them. When you sponsor food, attendees will say to one another, "ACME Corp provided this coffee. That's hot!"
Bronze
Obligation: $250
The s expenses are not limited to facilities and food. We greatly appreciate any contribution that benefits our attendees by allowing us to create a wonderful conference atmosphere.

Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
Yes. The Perl Foundation, a non-profit, 501(c) (3), manages sponsorship. The Minneapolis Perl Mongers are a subsidiary group of The Perl Foundation. Your sponsorship will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.
Who are the Minneapolis Perl Mongers?
We are a local branch of the Perl Mongers, a world-wide network of programmers that like and use Perl.
How many people are attending?
We anticipate that 60-150 people will be attending. They will be students, professionals, speakers, and sponsors.
