Where is the Workshop?

The workshop will take place at the University of Minnesota's Twin Cities Campus, in the McNamara Alumni Center.

The Alumni Center is at 200 Oak Street SE in Minneapolis.

Parking

The closest spot for parking is the University Ave parking ramp. This is connected to the McNamara center by tunnel, and there will be signs for Frozen Perl directing you once you're inside the ramp. You can see this ramp in the middle of this map.

There are also several lots nearby which offer reasonable daily rates for parking. The closest are the Maroon Lot and Lot 37. They are located in the middle right of this map, colored pink. Parking at these lots is just $3.75 for the whole day, but you'll have to walk a bit farther.

Food

We will be serving breakfast (bagels, pastries, coffee, tea, and juice) as well as lunch (sandwiches). If you are vegetarian, vegan, or have other special dietary needs, please let us know by January 31.

Getting Here

The Minneapolis-St. Paul airport is the closest airport. A taxi from the airport to the conference venue or the Days Inn will probably cost around $25-30.
